This experience is designed to be highly practical, challenging (in a good way), and downright fun! You can expect to:
Design something real and relevant to your work:
You’ll bring your own design challenge and take it to the next level.
Practice and get real-time feedback:
Learn the most essential facilitation methods and refine your ability to guide and inspire.
Lead with authenticity:
Reflect on your facilitation style and what makes it uniquely powerful.
You frequently design and lead meetings, retreats or gatherings for your teammates and collaborators at work.
You have a few go-to facilitation moves but you crave something more collaborative, generative or inspiring.
You want to set the conditions for others to do their best, most creative thinking.
You want the time and space to hone your own unique facilitation style.
You crave the chance to workshop a real challenge with a cohort of people who might experience something similar in their work.
We want to nurture an intentional vibe and experience for all participants to support each other. To that end, we kindly ask that folks only join us if they can commit to 2 full days (9-5 pm). There will also be an optional happy hour on May 14th for those interested in a little extra time to socialize.
Unfortunately, this opportunity will only be available in-person in Denver, CO.
We’re offering this experience for the first time, and want to make it as accessible as possible during this pilot. We’ll offer the following sliding scale to prospective participants and once your application is reviewed and accepted, you’ll receive more information about payment.
We are offering scholarships to participants for whom cost is a barrier to attend this workshop. In your application, please indicate if you are interested in this option.
