This experience is designed to be highly practical, challenging (in a good way), and downright fun! You can expect to:
Design something real and relevant to your work:
You’ll bring your own design challenge and take it to the next level.
Practice and get real-time feedback:
Learn the most essential facilitation methods and refine your ability to guide and inspire.
Lead with authenticity:
Reflect on your facilitation style and what makes it uniquely powerful.
You frequently design and lead meetings, retreats or gatherings for your teammates and collaborators at work.
You are an experienced facilitator looking to level-up your practice with coaching from your peers.
You want to set the conditions for others to do their best, most creative thinking.
You want the time and space to hone your own unique facilitation style.
You crave the chance to workshop a real challenge with a cohort of people who might experience something similar in their work.

Note: We aspire to make this experience as accessible as possible and have a limited budget for financial assistance. If this cost is prohibitive for you, please use the space provided in the application to tell us more about what you'd need to attend.
The connections and community across the group are a huge part of the experience. You’ll get to know each others’ work and offer feedback and support throughout. To that end, we ask that folks only join us if they can commit to 2 full days (9-5 pm). There will also be an optional happy hour on May 1st for those interested in a little extra time to socialize.
This opportunity will only be available in-person in Denver, CO.
Yes! We think there's a real benefit to experiencing the Studio Session as a team. You might consider registering together, or if your team is greater than ~4 people, check out this more customized option. Email us at [email protected] and we'll set up a time to talk more about what you're looking for.
Our aim is to bring together a balanced and diverse cohort, representing a wide range of perspectives and experiences. The application is the only step in the process, and should take ~20m to complete it. There are three chapters to the application: 1) About you, 2) Your facilitation experience (video submission recommended) 3) Availability & payment method.
About the video submission: To better capture your unique story, in chapter 2 we’ve included an opportunity for you to share more about yourself in video or audio form. We’re not looking for a polished performance or audition. We're hoping that it's a lightweight way to share a genuine glimpse into your motivations for joining this experience. Hearing your voice adds a personal touch and helps us better understand you and your aspirations.
We're reviewing applications on a rolling basis. After submitting your application, you can expect to hear back from us within ten days.
