She began her career teaching sixth grade, then spent years designing school systems and learning first-hand how to help people move past what they've always done to build something innovative and effective. Today, that practitioner's rigor shapes her work with foundations, nonprofits, and social enterprises in education, technology, healthcare, and energy, where she designs experiences that make bold action possible. She is the founder of Franklin Street Studio and a devoted violinist, a practice she picked up as a child and has never put down.
